15 April 2014 - Wines from Biondi Santi, Ciabot Berton and Casaloste are now available at our online wine store with prices ranging from $32 to $216. Aside from Brunello di Montalcino, we now carry other types of wine such as Barolo and Chianti among others.
We highly recommend the Casaloste Chianti Classico 2010 ($32) which won the Decanter World Wine Award (Silver) in 2010 or the Ciabot Berton Barolo 2007 ($71) which was the highest rated 2007 Barolo according to Decanter. This particular wine is ready to drink from 2011 to 2021.
For really special occasions, we recommend the Biondi Santi Brunello di Montalcino 2006 ($216) which received excellent ratings from James Suckling (95 points), Antonio Galloni (94 points) and Jancis Robinson (17.5/20).

18 March 2014 - Please watch out for our new selection of wines coming to our online store this April. These wines were carefully selected from the cellars of Biondi Santi, Ciabot Berton and Casaloste. Evangelista Wines is proud to be the first to bring in Ciabot Berton and Casaloste wines to Singapore.
Prices for these wines will soon be available at our online store. We have a great selection this time with prices ranging from between $32 to $216. Keep checking back to see when the stocks become available.
Biondi Santi is well recognised for being the pioneer in producing Brunello di Montalcino wines. Their wines are considered as one of the 50 greatest wines of Italy and are 'among the most coveted and expensive bottlings in Italy' (Decanter.com).
Ciabot Berton's most famous vintage is their 2007 Barolo which was rated as 'best of the vintage' by Decanter magazine in 2011. This wine will be available in our store next month.
Casaloste may be one of the smaller producers of Chianti but their wines are highly rated and well received by wine critics. Their motto is 'essere piccoli per fare grandi vine' which means be small to make great wines. We are bringing in their top end Don Vincenzo Chianti Class Riserva 2008 and Inversus IGT 2007 wines. Also available are Chianti Classico 2010 and Riserva 2009 vintages.
